"The Mermaid""The Mermaid"

I saw her in the water, the foam upon her splashing,
a sparkling tail of Emerald scales in the noon-sun, glistening.
Her song was that of a Sailor's Joy so in Love with the Sea was she,
and with each new note or melody I was brought to Extacy.

She waved her fingers through her hair, the color of red flowers,
and I sat as if hypmotized, so strong were her Beautiful Powers.
I longed to chase her through the sea, to see those lips that sang so sweet,
but I could not bare it had she feared me and so I was discreet.

She sang of Love, of Freedom, Peace
for hours on her rock precipice.
I could not move, I could not breathe,

this is a more traditional version of the disney cinderella. i find it interesting how every designer who does this dress for the theme park always makes it blue. i would guess its because blue is an easier color to keep clean. whats weird though is because of that, on the recent dvd release, they darkened the color of her dress slightly digitaly. i tried to do the blue here a little

Gorgeous. Blue looks grand and all in all the pictures of the theme park actresses, but I still love the silver of the original. Nice mix of both!

I really like the feel of the front and also the V back.
